Orders & Payments: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices and availability of flowers may vary based on seasonal supply.
Substitutions: We may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value if certain items are unavailable, while maintaining the overall style and quality of your arrangement.
Delivery: We guarantee delivery to the address provided. Please ensure all recipient information is accurate—incorrect details may result in additional delivery fees.
Cancellations: Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may receive a refund or store credit. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for refund due to perishable materials.
Returns: Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. Please contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue with your order so we can make it right.
